Lint \Lint\ (l[i^]nt), n. [AS. l[imac]net flax, hemp, fr. l[imac]n flax; or, perh. borrowed fr. L. linteum a linen cloth, linen, from linteus linen, a., fr. linum flax, lint. See Linen.]
