thigh + ?, -?, mouth.] (Zool.)
A class of Arthropoda, allied to the Crustacea. It includes
the trilobites, Eurypteroidea, and Limuloidea. All are
extinct except the horseshoe crabs (Limulus) of the last
group. See Limulus.
