    [Unix] CBREAK mode (character-by-character with interrupts enabled).
    Distinguished from raw mode and cooked mode; the phrase ?a sort of
    half-cooked (rare?) mode? is used in the V7/BSD manuals to describe the
    mode. Usage: rare.
