Argal \Ar"gal\, Argali \Ar"ga*li\, n. [Mongolian.] (Zool.)
   A species of wild sheep (Ovis ammon, or Ovis argali),
   remarkable for its large horns. It inhabits the mountains of
   Siberia and central Asia.
