   Hackish way of referring to the plain old telephone system,
   comparing it to a digital network.  Usenet sig blocks
   sometimes include the sender's telephone number next to a
   "Voice:" or "Voice-Net:" header; variants of this are
   "Voicenet" and "V-Net".
