Megalops \Meg"a*lops\ (m[e^]g"[.a]*l[o^]ps), n. [NL., fr. Gr. me`gas, -a`loy, large + 'w`ps eye.] (Zool.) 1. A larva, in a stage following the zoea, in the development of most crabs.
