Windows/386

    A version of Microsoft Windows released
   in late 1987.  Windows/386 was basically the same as its
   predecessor, Windows/286 (as Windows 2 was renamed), but
   with the capability to run multiple MS-DOS applications
   simultaneously in extended memory.
