Dongola kid, D. leather, leather made by the Dongola
process.
Dongola process, a process of tanning goatskin, and now
also calfskin and sheepskin, with a combination of
vegetable and mineral agents, so that it resembles kid.
Dongola race, a boat race in which the crews are composed
of a number of pairs, usually of men and women.
